19 days into my Body By Vi Challenge

I am in love with how healthy my skin looks. I have dropped an additional 2.5 lbs. (I cheated 3 days, graduation parties etc. ). I have received multiple compliments that I am looking smaller. This is great to hear. I have 71 more days on my challenge and I am every excited about the end results that I can achieve. I have also been taking the Visalus metabolism boosters. They are natural and do not make you feel all jittery during the day. I should be posting pictures very soon.

Visalus (Body by Vi) 90 day Challenge- Week 1 report

Here is the update on my 90 day challenge with Visalus. I began my challenge on Monday . My starting weight was 175.8 lbs. My current weight is 171.5. So , I am estatic that I am losing weight and losing weight in a healthy way. I am also losing inches around my waistline and to be exact , I have lost nearly 3 inches off this area. I am completely stoked, that I have only been on the challenge for almost 7 days and have seen these results. I also am enjoying the switching up on my shake flavors, depending on my mood , I choose to use soy milk or juice and next week I am going to try it with oatmeal. I am looking forward to getting my sexy back by the 4th of July weekend.

I will begin my journey with the new weight loss meal replacement plan beginning next week. I will combine this plan with using my Ardyss reshaping garments , to maximize my results. I will keep a daily blog that will include my meal plans, garment (reshaping garment) and exercise plan during this 90 day challenge. I will also post pictures during the challenge. The reason why I have decided to combine the two, is because the shakes will help me lose weight and the garments help to increase the burning of excess fat and allows you to reshape your body while losing weight.
